1. General

At LeukHoor.nl, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our products are hand-personalized and made to order, specific rules apply to returns. Please read our return policy carefully below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

According to European law, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating reasons. However, for personalized products, the right of withdrawal is excluded. This means that products that have been specially engraved, printed, or custom-made for you cannot be returned.

This includes, among others:

Personalized slate coasters with name, photo, or text
Personalized cork products with engraving
Menu boards with logo or text
Keychains with personalization
Trays with engraving or location design

3. Exceptions: Non-personalized products

If you have ordered a product without personalization (e.g., a standard product without engraving), the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You can return the product provided it is in its original condition and undamaged.

4. Damaged or incorrect delivery

If you receive a damaged product or if there is an error in the personalization, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@leukhoor.nl with a photo of the product. We will resolve this as soon as possible by remaking the product free of charge or refunding the purchase amount.

5. Return procedure (for non-personalized products)

Contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@leukhoor.nl to register your return
Carefully package the product in its original packaging
Ship the product back within 14 days of registration
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect
After receipt and inspection of the product, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days to your original payment method

6. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
